Wizzily Limited ("Wizzily", "we", "us", "our") is a company registered in Ireland with company registration number 706032. Our registered address is 82 Claremont Court, Glasnevin, Dublin 11, D11 A2Y8, Ireland.

Wizzily is the data controller in respect of personal data collected when you visit our website (wizzily.com), submit an enquiry or demo request, or interact with us directly.

Where Wizzily processes personal data on behalf of a Client using the platform, Wizzily acts as a data processor on the Client's behalf. In those cases, the Client's own privacy policy governs that data.

2. Personal data we collect

2.1 Data you provide directly

  • Enquiry and demo requests: name, email address, company name, job title, country, and any notes you submit when booking a meeting or completing a contact form.
  • Account information: name and email address of users invited to the platform by a Client.
  • Communications: the content of emails, calls, or messages you send to us.

2.2 Data collected automatically

  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, timestamps, and session information.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, and referring URL.
  • Cookies: see Section 8 below.

2.3 Data submitted by Clients (processed on their behalf)

When Clients use the platform, they may submit personal data about their referral partners and merchants (such as names and contact details). Wizzily processes this data on the Client's behalf and in accordance with their instructions. This Policy does not govern that processing.

3. How we use your personal data

We use the personal data we collect for the following purposes and on the following legal bases under the GDPR:

4. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers: Trusted third parties who process data on our behalf (cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics) — contractually bound to process only as instructed.
  • Postmark: Used for transactional email delivery. Data may be processed within the EEA.
  • Hatchbox / Hetzner (hosting): The platform is hosted on Hetzner infrastructure within the EEA.
  • Legal and regulatory authorities: Where we are required to disclose information by law, court order, or regulatory authority.
  • Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, data may transfer to the successor entity.

5. International data transfers

Wizzily is based in Ireland and primarily processes personal data within the European Economic Area (EEA). Where transfers outside the EEA occur, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place — such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission — in accordance with Chapter V of the GDPR.

6. How long we keep your data

  • Enquiry and demo data: Up to 2 years from your last interaction, or until you ask us to delete it.
  • Platform account data: Duration of the Subscription plus 30 days following termination, unless retention is required by law.
  • Financial and transaction records: 7 years, in accordance with Irish accounting and tax law.
  • Communications: Up to 3 years unless subject to a legal hold.

7. Your rights under GDPR

You have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification: Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure: Ask us to delete your data in certain circumstances.
  • Restriction: Ask us to restrict processing while a complaint is resolved.
  • Portability: Receive your data in a machine-readable format (where processing is based on consent or contract and carried out automatically).
  • Object: Object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing. We will stop unless we have compelling legitimate grounds.
  • Withdraw consent: Where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing.

8. Cookies

The Wizzily website and platform use cookies — small text files placed on your device to help us operate and improve the service.

  • Strictly necessary: Required for the platform to function (e.g. session cookies). These cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics: Help us understand how visitors use the site. Only set with your consent.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may affect platform functionality.

9. Marketing communications

We only send marketing emails where you have given consent or where we have a legitimate interest and you have not opted out. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or contacting john@wizzily.com.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or destruction — including HTTPS/TLS encryption, access controls, and regular security reviews. No transmission method is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but take our obligations seriously.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by email notification. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
